Action hero Steven Seagal goes behind bars - but his biggest problem isn't breaking out... it's dealing with the guys who just broke in! Seagal is Sascha Petrosevich an FBI Special Agent who's gone undercover in the newly re-opened Alcatraz prison in order to infiltrate a gangland kingpin's operations. But one of the inmates is hiding a secret - a $200 million dollar secret that a group of invading commandos will stop at nothing to retrieve. Now with 'The Rock' under siege it's up to Petrosevich to neutralize the situation rescue the hostages and convince the other prisoners to fight on the right side of the law.
