Stuart Conway (Sean Astin) is just your everyday scientist with a not-so-typical invention called The Slipstream Device, which allows him to go ten minutes into the past with the push of a button. When Conway decides to test his time-travel gadget, he stumbles upon a bank heist being perpetrated by Winston Briggs (Vinnie Jones), an Englishman with attitude.
