The Story of Marie and Julien

Madame X is a rich and beautiful woman. Like all rich and beautiful women, she has two secrets - one is dangerous, the other unspeakable. 40-something Julien is a failure with destructive impulses. Like all failures, he's decided to blackmail Madame X. He knows everything about her traffic of antique objects, and above all, he's discovered the strange secret which links Madame X to the sublime Marie, the woman he's fallen in love with. He has noticed recently that Marie moves around with a peculiar slowness. Despite the fact that their love intensifies with each passing day, Marie seems incapable of recalling the physical feelings of things. Julien is ready to crack this mystery by helping Marie release herself from this state.
