In 1585 the Turks and Vallons are looting the Látrány region. Babocsai Gáspár is beheaded by Oglu, the agha of Koppány in a duel. After one year of taking tough fencing classes, the son, Babocsai László, takes revenge on Oglu for his father's death. In his last will, Oglu leaves his huge fortune and his daughter, Dusmata, to László. Kales, the Vallon captain also wants the girl's dowry. He has Babocsai caught in an underhand manner, and puts him into a mouldy prison of Bolondvár, together with the son of the new agha. But Bogics Márkó and captain Csoma disguise themselves and set the prisoners free. They become friends for life, and they defeat the Vallons in a showdown. The lovers, Babocsai and Dusmata, will unite in a happy marriage. (official distributor synopsis)
