Soñadora

Maribel always felt that her island Hispaniola would not make her great dream of dancing on the best stages in the world possible. The opportunity to go to the United States comes into her life and Maribel decides to go with plans to return later for her 7-year-old daughter, Milagro. Struggling to survive in New York, she starts working in a factory repairing clothes, but his relationship with Milly falls apart over time. In her diffcult financial situation, Maribel had nowhere to rehearse until the factory became her studio. Perhaps that act does not solve everything, but it is certainly a step towards her future as a dancer. (Guadalajara International Film Festival)
