The Shining Field

The film recreates the journey of Gustav Emil Haeger’s Swedish expedition (1920) today. Through the route defined by Following Indian Trails by the Pilcomayo River, the film made then by the Swedish contingent in Formosa, tenses that past against the current trajectory.
