Biography
Julian McKinnon is a screenwriter based in Marseille. His collaborative work with French filmmaker and activist fiume challenges dominant representations of gender and agency through a subversive queer lens. Together, they traverse genres such as surrealism, vampire film, and Italian giallo. La Vedova nera (2023) is their second collaboration and Julian's directorial debut.
