Biography
Already at the age of 16, she played the part of Iwonka in the 2003 Ryszard Brylski film “śurek” (“Rye soup”). For this evocative performance, she received a Silver Leliwita Statuette at the festival in Tarnów as well as being nominated for an Eagle – the Polish Film Industry Award.
She has also made guest appearances in such films as the 2006 “Kto nigdy nie Ŝył…” (“Who never lived…”) directed by Andrzej Seweryn, Marcin Ziębiński’s 2006 “Dublerzy” (“The Stand-ins”), the 2007 film “Wszystko będzie dobrze” (“All will be fine”) directed by Tomasz Wiszniewski, and Tomasz Konecki’s 2009 “Idealny facet dla mojej dziewczyny” (“The ideal guy for my girl”), and also in many popular television serials, such as “M jak miłość” (“L as in love”), “Plebania” (“The Rectory”) and “Odwróceni” (“Turned round”). Most recently she could be seen in “Londyńczycy” (“The Londoners”).
For her role in this serial, she has been awarded a prize for best supporting actress at the “RomaFictionFest” International Television Production Festival in Rome. She also played the lead in Grzegorz Kuczeriszka’s 2008 film "Pora mroku” (“Season of darkness”).
