Biography

He is a Graduate in Image and Sound from the Complutense University in Madrid. He has contributed to various festivals in publication and programming tasks. He has been published numerous books and essays related to cinema. He has worked at the Spanish Film Library, for the department of Recovering and Research (1981-1990), as an advisor for TVE, at the Generalitat of Valencia Film Library as a Restoration and Conservation technician, and at Andalusian Film Library. He also teaches History of Cinema. In 2004 he has co-directed, together with Ángel Almazán, the short film Mesa para dos.
