Biography
Steffen Köhn (1980) studied at social anthropology, film studies and directing in Mainz and Berlin. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the Institute for Anthropology and African Studies, concentrating on the theory and practice of ethnographic films, media anthropology, transnationalism and post-colonialism as mirrored in his documentaries After Hours, A Tale of Two Islands, Tell me when..., and Morokapel's Feast.
